Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues, we are aware that there are concerns around its potential impact on business operability. We want to assure you that we are still dedicated to delivering excellent service to our valued Mermaid customers.

Further to the UK government’s announcements, we would like to update you on the following;

• The safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority.
• Our teams have the facilities to work from home, as they would do from the office. Therefore, in line with government advice, all our employees are now working from home. We anticipate there will be no disruption to our normal operations.
• All of our employees will follow the guidelines outlined by the U.K. Government and their advisers on 16th March and self-isolate themselves and their household for 14 days if they experience any symptoms, however mild.
• Our staff continues to fulfil orders on a daily basis, and we have not experienced any notable shipping delays so far. We thank you in advance for your patience for any delays that may occur.
